The rear wall stood 2.4 m from the boundary. Our guide asks for 3.0 m, so I asked the agent for a revised plan.

The oak at No. 16 is protected. Strip footings would cut its roots. I need a survey and a method statement.

Hannah ColeAgent, Cole Architects28 Sep
Revision B moves the rear wall back to 3.0 m. The tree survey is booked for 29 September.
Draft decision
Conditions
- Build to site plan revision B only.
- Dig footings by hand within the oak's root area, with an arborist present.
- Clad the dormer in slate to match the main roof.

Put these words in Cllr Hale's mouth only if she said them on the record. Her letter says the losses were not reported.

TypeScript interfaces over services in Node.js with NestJS or Fastify, Python with FastAPI or Django, C# with .NET, Java with Spring, or Go. PostgreSQL is a common choice for the data. Permissions, audit records, integrations and recovery needs shape the design.
How we choose technologyQuestions
Can it replace several tools at once?
Often, yes. We start with the process that hurts most and bring the rest in step by step.
Where does the system run?
We host and run it for you as standard. Where regulation requires a particular location or setup, that is agreed in the contract.
How is sensitive data handled?
Access is limited by role, changes are recorded, and the security measures for your data are agreed and written down before launch.
Will our staff need training?
We design screens people understand quickly, and add walkthroughs and written guides for each role.
