1. Premises. The Landlord lets to the Tenant the office at Unit 4B on the second floor, with two parking spaces and shared use of the ground floor lobby.
2. Term. Three years from 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2029. The Tenant may end the lease at the end of month eighteen by giving six months' notice.
3. Rent. €4,850 per month, paid in advance on the first working day of each month and reviewed every February in line with consumer prices.
