These terms govern the use of ewc.dev and the services offered by EWC Digital LLC (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). By using the site or engaging the studio, you accept them.
Services
The studio provides design, software engineering, and related services as described in a written proposal per engagement. Anything not in the signed proposal is not part of the scope.
Intellectual property
The studio designs, builds, hosts, and operates each project as a managed service. The site and its content are yours; the underlying code and infrastructure are operated by the studio for as long as the engagement runs. If an engagement ends, content export and transition arrangements follow the signed proposal.
Payment
Engagements are billed per the schedule in the signed proposal. Prices published on this site are starting points; the signed proposal sets the binding number.
Liability
The studio is liable only for direct damages up to the amount paid for the engagement in question. It is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or losses caused by third-party services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
